REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are customized with names and/or photos are not able to be returned or exchanged unless there is something wrong with the item upon arrival. If this is the case, you have 3 days from the date the item was delivered to reach out to me and start an exchange. 

If the item was damaged as a result of shipping, you must contact the shipping company to start a claim.
