Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the US.

We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Our current TAT is 5-15 days (production time), not including shipping.

Shipping is determined by the carrier, but is typically delievered within 5 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforseen circumstances.

How do I track my order?

Once you order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to track your order. Once your package leaves my hands, I am not in control of your package anymore.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you receieved it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unless an item is defective upon delivery, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

If you package/item is damaged during shipping you must contact the shipping carrier to submit a claim.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Items are not able to be exchanged. Since most items are custom made, please make sure to check out all sizing charts before ordering.
