Order Processing Time
- Our TAT (turn around time) is 5-15 days, not including shipping. Some items we may have in stock and thus may ship quicker. Some items are handmade upon purchase and materials may need to be purchased in order to make them.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the item(s) and the destination of the package.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Our preferred carriers include USPS and UPS but we may use other reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives promptly.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the USA
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- The Wicked Crafty Beach is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- The Wicked Crafty Beach is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
